Their expertise helps students understand complex concepts and develop critical thinking skills. Furthermore, good teachers foster discipline and a positive learning environment, which contributes to overall academic success.

In my opinion, while both approaches are important, hiring competent teachers should be prioritized. Even the best equipment cannot replace the guidance, motivation, and expertise that teachers provide. However, schools should aim to maintain a balance by gradually upgrading resources alongside hiring skilled staff to maximize learning outcomes.
In conclusion, schools can improve education either by investing in qualified teachers or by purchasing better equipment. Although both methods have advantages, prioritizing high-quality teachers while supporting them with modern tools is the most effective approach.
